The IBM executive emphasized the multifaceted essence of accessibility in AI, questioning the simplistic perception of the idea. He noted the expanding network of accessible frameworks from diverse origins, including technology corporations, academic institutions, and countries.
Nevertheless, he voiced concerns about the quality of openness in many AI language systems, pointing out that a number of them offer barely more than a collection of data points lacking transparency in their production methods.
